HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM WILL SHIP?
IN STOCK
Items marked IN STOCK ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
MADE TO ORDER
Items marked MADE TO ORDER are individually crafted and are not kept in stock.
Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the style. Estimated production times are listed on each product page.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT SHIPS?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Please note that tracking information becomes active only after the package is received by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to update.
IMPORTANT NOTES
FedEx Guaranteed Shipping*
If your FedEx shipment is not delivered within the guaranteed time frame, your shipping fees may be refunded. This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by Acts of God or extreme weather conditions. Please contact customer service if you believe you qualify for a refund.
Address Changes (FedEx Only)
If an incorrect address is entered for a FedEx shipment, an $11.00 address correction fee will apply after the package has shipped. This fee applies to all FedEx services, including orders that qualify for free FedEx Second Day Air. Please carefully review your shipping address to avoid additional charges.
